20g of hazelnuts or almonds
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
125ml tinned full fat coconut milk
1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup
1/2 (half) teaspoon of vanilla paste
2 heaped teaspoons of raw organic cocoa powder
Toast the hazelnuts or almonds in a dry frying pan over a medium heat for 1-2 minutes keeping an eye on them. Then roughly chop. Place the remainder of the ingredients in an blender and whizz on high speed until smooth. Mix in half the nuts and spoon in a small glass.
