Ingredients:

20g of hazelnuts or almonds

1 tablespoon of chia seeds

125ml tinned full fat coconut milk

1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup

1/2 (half) teaspoon of vanilla paste

2 heaped teaspoons of raw organic cocoa powder

Toast the hazelnuts or almonds in a dry frying pan over a medium heat for 1-2 minutes keeping an eye on them.  Then roughly chop.  Place the remainder of the ingredients in an blender and whizz on high speed until smooth.  Mix in half the nuts and spoon in a small glass.  Place the remaining nuts on top and put in the fridge to set for at least 30 minutes.  Serve with a sprinkling of berries for those magical antioxidants.  Enjoy and have a lovely Easter!
