Growing up, apples and oranges were a stable fruit source.  Receiving a mango always felt a bit special and exotic.  I still have memories of biting into a peeled mango with the juices running down my chin.  Mango is a great source of fiber and vitamins E and C.  Add in some spirulina powder for muscle building protein.

Serves 2

100g spinach

1 apple cored and chopped

200g mango peeled and chopped

400ml unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp chia seeds

1 tbsp spirulina powder

  1. Pop all the ingredients into a blender and whizz it up.
  2. Decorate with a sprinkle of chia seeds and a piece of spinach
