Baked oats are having a moment! Delicious for breakfast, mid-morning snack or a healthy pudding.

Serves 4

180g porridge oats
2 bananas
320ml almond milk or milk of choice
30g cacao powder
45g protein powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Frozen or fresh raspberries

1. Preheat the oven 180 C.
2. Mix everything together in a bowl then place in an ovenproof dish.
3. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
4. Serve with yoghurt đŸ˜‹
